Avondale is pleased to announce the acquisition of SDT Holdings (including subsidiaries SDT Limited and Hosts Unlimited), a profitable managed IT services group specialising in network solutions, cloud infrastructure and IT support, by OryxAlign.
The transaction accelerates OryxAlign’s growth in South Africa as SDT’s Cape Town operations are integrated into the business, bringing additional recurring revenue streams and bolsters their ability to deliver 24×7 managed IT services, enterprise networking, cloud transformation and managed cybersecurity solutions across a growing client base.
