Highway Care sold to Ramudden Global

Avondale is pleased to have led the sale of Highway Care to Ramudden Global, a worldwide network of infrastructure companies with over 5,000 employees and annual sales of €1 billion.

For 50 years, Highway Care has been a pioneer in road safety and security delivering industry-leading innovations and technology-driven solutions. Their product range includes permanent and temporary road barriers, mobile traffic systems and automated cone laying machines. The sale provides Highway Care with access to greater resources, driving future growth and innovation while preserving its entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition to securing the buyer and providing M&A advisory services, Avondale worked with Highway Care for over three years to help prepare the business for sale.
