Finders Genealogists sale and Investment to Pelican Capital.
Employing over 130 researchers and support staff and using proprietary technology, Finders have completed more than 10,000 missing beneficiary cases for the legal sector, councils, the NHS and members of the public.
Feeling that it was the right time to sell, Danny was introduced to Avondale by Finders’ accountancy firm, Barnes Roffe LLP. Having grown to be one of the market leading firms with an excellent reputation and highly capable management team led by Deputy Managing Director, Simonne Llewellyn, the business generated strong international interest and successfully secured investment from Pelican Capital LLP.
The acquisition will support Finders’ ambitious plans to continue growth, both organically and potentially through acquisitions. Danny is stepping away from the business and Simonne will become Finders’ first Chief Executive Officer.
