Custom Sight and Sound is an award-winning designer and installer of integrated systems and entertainment solutions for private clients and property developers. Established in 1993, the company has an exceptional track record, with the technical and design expertise to deliver bespoke, complex and quality high-end AV solutions.
The shareholders, Giles Charman and Tom Booth, identified employee ownership as the best strategy to secure legacy, realise value, drive future growth and reward their experienced team.
The sale was completed at full commercial value with Avondale overseeing the entire process from valuation, to HMRC clearance and legal documentation, as well as providing advisory services in relation to change management and the post-EOT business model.
