Vrishali is an accomplished M&A analyst who has experience working for corporates, boutique investment banks, and research organisations.
She has expertise in M&A strategy, research, financial modelling, and valuations. In her previous position, she was in charge of identifying and assessing M&A opportunities.
Vrishali has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a master’s in management studies (MMS) specialising in finance from the University of Mumbai, India.
Outside of work, she enjoys a game of tennis, a good session at the gym, travel, and to explore new cuisines.
