Established in 2008, Stillwater Associates is a specialist reservoir safety and engineering consultancy, serving over 200 clients on more than 350 reservoir projects across the UK and internationally.

The sale was conducted at full commercial value, with Avondale managing the entire process – from valuation, finance and HMRC clearance to legal structuring and trustee establishment. The Employee Ownership Trust structure was designed to protect the company’s values and provide a framework for growth and continued success.
