As the shareholders considered their exit options, it was clear that an Employee Ownership Trust structure would ensure that the company’s future remains firmly in the hands of those who know it best – its dedicated employees.

The sale was completed at full commercial value with Avondale overseeing the entire process from valuation to HMRC clearance and legal documentation as well as advising on the post-EOT business model.
