Mayflower Group sold to EOT

Mayflower KBB, established in 2006, supplies bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen products to domestic customers, hoteliers, and house builders across the UK and Europe.

Under Avondale’s guidance, the company’s sale was completed at full market value, encompassing strategy, valuation, tax clearance, and the establishment of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This move allowed shareholders to realise the business’s value while creating a positive legacy by transitioning ownership to employees.
