A UK market leader in the manufacture and installation of wastewater treatment products. This business has a turnover of circa £10m and works on many large-scale water treatment projects across the UK.

The transaction involved a majority investment led by Avondale, who played a dual role in both leading and advising the deal. The investor, a European-based and global operator in the water treatment sector, brings valuable resources to support our client’s potential growth. Our client will continue to manage the business and drive it’s growth for three years post-completion before eventually exiting the business.
