Avondale is pleased to have supported negotiations and to announce the acquisition of regional trampoline operator, RedKangaroo by the indoor family activity brand, Oxygen. This is Oxygen’s third acquisition in nine months.
Oxygen was acquired by Literacy Capital Plc in July 2021, which provided the growth capital required to deliver Oxygen’s vision to lead the consolidation in the sector.
