When the owner approached Avondale to provide lead advisory business sale services, he was open-minded about his future, but wanted to ensure that whoever acquired Net Solving could provide the investment to further develop the CaseCapture™ technology. With trade and private equity interest in the business, the eventual purchaser, Aliter Capital LLP, via its Halcyon platform business, provided the owner with the opportunity to continue working on the development of the CaseCapture™ platform, and future growth opportunities for the business through their strategy of building a group of companies in the growing healthcare analytics sector.
