Tim joined Avondale in 90’s from a successful financial services career and has been instrumental in developing the firm into a leading business sales and acquisitions practice. With more than 25 years of M&A experience, he has advised on and managed over 150 successful transactions while also driving initiatives such as the Value Builder programme. Tim remains actively client-focused and also runs talks on M&A. Outside of work he is a spasmodic Golfer and Chairman of the local Basketball club.
