After a successful early career as a commodity broker and FD, Natasha joined Avondale in 2004 as our Financial Controller. She oversees the day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting & budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.
Additionally, Natasha provides a comprehensive advisory human resources service to the team, ensuring there are sufficient people recruited, retained, trained, and supported to fulfil our goals and commitments.
Natasha’s strengths are her attention to detail and her comprehensive knowledge of the business.
In her spare time, she is always active and enjoys walking, gardening, swimming, pilates, and cooking.
