After a successful early career as a commodity broke, Natasha joined Avondale in 2004 as our Finance controller. She oversees the day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting & budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability. Additionally, Natasha provides a comprehensive advisory human resources service to the team, ensuring recruitment retention and training. In her spare time, she is always active and enjoys walking, gardening, swimming, Pilates, and cooking.
