Natasha began her career at Nestlé as a Senior Buyer of coffee and tea commodities, where she developed strong analytical skills and market insight. She joined Avondale in 2004 as Financial Controller and now brings over 20 years of experience overseeing financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, tax compliance, and reporting. Natasha also combines financial leadership with HR expertise, contributing to recruitment, retention, and development to drive sustainable growth. Outside work, she enjoys walking, swimming, Reformer Pilates, gardening, and cooking.
