Maxine has over 30 years’ experience across finance, operations, and business support, with expertise in funding solutions, stakeholder management, and operational oversight. Before joining Avondale, she worked in asset finance and business management, helping SME owners secure funding and support growth. At Avondale, Maxine is an Associate M&A Advisor, supporting transaction delivery and business development while working closely with clients throughout the deal process. Outside of work, she enjoys walking, spending time in nature, and attending live music gigs.
