Jo brings extensive banking, marketing, and business development experience, alongside strong expertise in transaction structuring, commercial negotiation, and legal documentation. Having held senior roles at JPMorgan, Rabobank, and SMBC, she structured more than US$6bn of ABCP transactions for banks, financial institutions, and corporates. At Avondale, for 8 years she plays a key role in strategic M&A transactions and has successfully completed over 28 deals. Jo speaks a little Italian, enjoys walking and family including a spirited King Charles Spaniel.
