Bianka played a key role at a global serviced office provider, where she led operations, staff training, and the development of 12 business centres across the South M25 region. During this time, she worked closely with sales managers to drive high occupancy rates and profitability. She also brings six years of experience as an M&A advisor, supporting transactions through due diligence, research, and project management. In addition, Bianka has been instrumental in the development of Avondale’s STRATA M&A platform. Personally, she enjoys comedy, cooking, and travelling.
